I was watching KSL last night, and I noticed they have both Kevin and Mark Eubanks doing weather in the same segment. Why?

They figure if they're getting such a high rating with one Eubank on the weather board, why not BOTH! Double your pleasure! Seriously, it looks stupid. What were they thinking getting both Eubanks under one roof? It didn't help them at all.

Publicity stunt? I doubt it hurt KSL any, and it got us talking about them. That can't be bad. And Cosmo, that is wrong on SO many levels........

It's old news guys. Still a totally brilliant move on KSL's part to pull Kevin away from KUTV for many reasons. First of all, Eubanks are tops. Face it, both the individuals and the name are the best in the market and everyone knows it. So the only way to bring them down is to make fun. Don't. And secondly, pulling Kevin from ch2 hurt 2. All that's left is Sterling Poulsen, really. Plus, it helps ch5. Older Eubank is soon to retire, most likely at the end of '06. Having both Eubanks on together will prepare viewers for when there is just one. Brilliant transition KSL.

From what they're saying, Kevin is going to Torino next week and will be there doing all things 'weather.' It is kind of confusing to have both of them on, they should let Kevin do the 5pm slot or trade off at 6, 6:30 with Mark. Anyway I heard him talk one night that he's just "hanging" around till he leaves for the Olympics. Then maybe he'll get his own spot when he returns. Do you think it's, not so much the dis-respect because it's television, wrong for Kevin to call his dad Mark On-Air? It's a little weird...

Sincewhen does the doubling of the number of morons improve weather forecast accuracy?

Kevin is going to Torino or Turin? Now that is the part that has me confused. As for me, I lean toward Turin, but I kinda like Torino. Anyway, off the topic for here, but it has burdened me for weeks.

I owned a Torino once...not just any Torino, but a GRAN Torino! So, when Mark wears the white jacket and Kevn doesn't, does that mean a rain/snow mix? Or a 50% chance of flurries? I'll stop now...

Was it a Gran Torino or a Gran Turin?
