I recently got a new car and it was equipped with a trial version of Sirius! I must say, I really do enjoy it. Don't know if I will keep my subscription going at this point yet, but I am impressed with the channel lineup and what they play in each of those categories! Yes! I laughed like crazy when I saw the ALLELVIS Channel. At first I didn't get that the screen said ALL ELVIS. I thought ALLELVIS was some foreign word and then I listened to it and realized they were playing Elvis ALL THE TIME! I shoulda known ALLELVIS meant ALL ELVIS.. I use a computer! Everything is onewordnow!

Stitch..................
This is an AUTOMATIC!!!! When you call to cancel they are going to give you 3 months free again...........You just need to act like you're not sure and really did'nt get a chance to use it much but you did like what you heard.......They always do it.............I can't live without my Sirius 1st Wave, Hairnation, 90's Alt, 80's and on and on plus the Utah Jazz.....Speaking of Utah Jazz I'm so glad I kept my Directv and never changed my local channels to the Reno area and still get all the Utah channels I know that's a big no-no but the Reno channels stink and I just need an outdoor antenna to pick them up......

Thanks for the great tip, D2theP! I really haven't had alot of drive-time yet, so I haven't listened to it as much as I've wanted to. Tomorrow, I am planning to take my camera on a little excersion and that will give me more time to listen. I love it so much though! Do you know on the average how much Sirius subscriptions cost? Do they have a month-by-month plan? BTW, the air looks bad... but by tomorrow night a wind should generate and clear it by Sunday

The month by month plans is the standard. That's $12.95/month. You can probably get it for a little less if you sign up for a longer period.

Thanks, CA! Hey! Where do I find "Hairnation" and "Sirius 1st Wave"? Anything called Hairnation has GOT to be worth a listen. What other stuff should I be listening to. Where's Stern? OOO! Do they have a radio serial shows like "the Shadow"? Thanks for the help!

Ok, After reviewing a little bit of Sirius, I really really like it ALOT. You guys have to hear this! I like Classic Rewind, Classic Vinyl, RoadHouse, HairNation, Wave 1, Sinatra, CNN. I love Left of Center on Saturdays.
I really love one station called Radio1. It's from the UK, and the DJ's are so funny! They have great accents, of course, and the accents, mixed with their normal personalities is just hilarious! Today, one of the Dj's was talking about his maid, who has gone through a recent break-up with a boyfriend--His maid has started confiding in him and he is trying to console her--But he is afraid to console "the help" to much! It was hilarious!!! He seems genuinely concerned for his maid though!
I really like Radio 1! They have news from the UK and it's very interesting to hear what goes on in that country and also what impression they have about other countries as well.
I love the soul stations they have and yes, they have a serial story station! I was listening to it, accidently changed the station and now I can't find it again.
I have alot more to listen to before having a really good judgement of Sirius. There is much to hear! It's great!

Couldn't stand it any longer and got the Sirius Stiletto2. It will record up to 100 hours of programming or can load mp3s or wma files. Now I have more programming than I could possibly listen to.

Dolt! What do you think of it? What do you like? I'm liking Coffeehouse and Gold too. I still love Radio 1 during the weekday. I like the tv channels too, like Court TV, MSNBC etc.

Right now I am like a kid in a candy store. So many great things to choose from! The Brit thing was fun, heck I even listened to some French punk. Right now First Wave and Raw Dog have a chance of staying on for a while before I wander off. Heard the Steven Wright interview yesterday. He could make me laugh reading the phone book.
