Godaddy auctioning off some call-letter domains.

Some cybersquatter a few years back registered nearly 300 domain names that consisted of TV station call letters plus .tv, and now all of these will be auctioned next week to pay the bill he owes them.

Don't know how many of the actual TV stations whose letters are being used in these .tv domains are in the know about this.

It is ironic that Godaddy is spending so much attention on call letters at a time when they mean so little to most stations.
