I don't know exactly when it started, but as early as sometime Friday, December 3 (2010), or maybe even late Thursday, our CW has been down! Now it's Saturday morning, and it's STILL down! I called the owners (channel 4) to alert them, and she said she'd get someone working on it. I should have also thought to ask her if anyone else had called about that, too. What about you? Anyone else here tried to watch 30 in the last day or 2? I would assume so, but ya never know.

They have been operating at 10% power, via their IPA, since the day before Thanksgiving, when their final amplifier blew up. Yesterday morning, the Interstage Power Amp (IPA) lost it's power supply, so that's off, too. They are on the way up to work on it this afternoon. The parts for the "final" are expected sometime Monday, to get back to full power.
They are still on Comcast and satellite.

Heh, that's weird that that would happen. And by "final amplier," I guess you're referring to a final stage--the strongest--rather than... "the last one available." Right?
And it's weird that another amplifier--an interstage--would have its power supply go out at the same time.
How old were these equipment pieces? When the then-WB30 was started, were they just using old stuff that channel 4 had lying around from a previous installation?
Yeah, I could have just used my Dish Network at the time, but it wasn't paid up then.
Thanks for filling in my curiosity on this!
