I coulda sworn I posted this question some time back, but the search can't find it. Sorry if it was already answered.
Does anyone know of a "real" automatic car wash anywhere in the Valley where they use real brushes that actually get the dirt off instead of just shooting water at the car and leaving half of the dirt behind?

Firehouse car wash in American Fork is very nice for an automatic wash. It's right off of Exit 278 (Main St - Am Fk.) LINK to MapEnjoy.

"Slim Olson's" in Bountiful is a good car wash.. You hand the boys $5 and they hit soap your car before going into the automatic car wash, itself... My car comes out cleaner than from any other wash in the valley, so far. It's not a long drive to Bountiful either...

I use Star Wash in SLC on 300 W and 1400 South. It's just over a year old now and have been using it weekly for a year. Basic Car wash (water Soap air dry is $4. Works wash is $11. It is a green eviromentally friendly business that also has a lube center. All the motor oil from the lube center is recycled to power the hot air blowers in the car wash.... anyway here's an article I found on it. findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_qn4188/is_20060709/ai_n16525670

I've been impressed by Holiday's on site washes at. The one in West Valley now has brushes.
