I feel that ROG is doing a good job and would fit in good at the night shift on KZHT DSPete

My vote: I don't care, I don't listen to ZHT.

All this talk about sending in tapes to the program director at ZHT are strange, as are comments on who should be the regular night dj. I say this as Heather Maack is the permanent personality during the evenings at 94.9 ZHT now. It's a non-issue.

Are you sure? Allaccess.com is also reporting to send in tapes also the big radio site Inside Radio has an ad posted to send tapes in as well as a couple other broadcast sites. Too bad ZHT needs some good talent brought back in like the old days of Dr.Doug or even way back when the Monkey Boy was in the booth or Mike the Janitor. Heather is ok but she's just not made out for night time need more upbeat people she's kinda bland but at least she's local one good point

Well don't look at me! I got a job as the promotions director for our Oldies Station. I don't want to commit to being the full-time night guy if I can't give it 110%. I don't think I'm good enough anyway. I appreciate the nice thought Pete but, barring a catastrophe, consider me out of the running. I'm the overnight guy from here on out!
ROG ;D

I personally like both of them. And thats not just from a personal view, they do a pretty damn good job considering the other people we have sitting around here. Besides, change is good! Change needs to happen every now and again. I mean, if you have one DJ sit in the same position, for so long, with no real changes being made in their style or program, you'd eventually change the station. Kind of like what a lot of people have done in the past to stations like X96, KISN, or KSOP.

Because too many people come in here and post as guests, therefore not being able to vote. Go Heather!

I think Jagger did a awesome job at nights, and does a even better job in afternoons!! And as far as Roger he sounds really good for being a new jock, and Heather is one of the best female djs in the market. Have you heard what most girls sound like on the air? They are either too fake or they try to sound too sexy on the air. I think everyone should stop trying to put them down! Do you guys think you could do a better job? Yeah, I didn't think so! ;D

Wow! I didn't realize Heather was that good... I haven't had a chance to hear her. What kind of content does she do? Give me an example of her contests and bits.

No content, no contests, just "heres requested music by (name) from (city).. It's (artist name) with (title of song).. Very riveting... Oh yeah, call any requests in to 4 5 or 670 1949.

I find it funny how it's so easy for people with guest names to criticize a radio station and its programing. It's almost as though you guys think they owe you something for being a listener. When in fact they provide hours upon hours of FREE entertainment for the three biggest cities in this state. If anything, you owe them.
........................this is the part where Marci says "Worst Station Ever", then walks away in disgust because her point just got bombed out of the water.

In a sense, broadcasting DOES owe something to the listener. Without the listener, there's no station. You need listeners to generate advertising (or pledges in the case of non comms.) They treat us nice, we pay back by listening. They don't, we walk. They need to realize this.

I really like Heather on KZHT and she's a babe too... She sounds really good like she knows what's up and it's nice to hear a female at night for a change.
