I don't see why Bonneville would sell their St. George or Eastern Idaho clusters. They seem to be making changes in E. Idaho and putting money into those stations. Also, 3 Points (Buzil/Devine) owned the E. Idaho cluster [as Marathon Media of Idaho] before selling to Simmons.
