Here's their website, so you can learn more about the company if you choose to apply: www.mbbroadcasting.com/ There are a few threads on these boards about "The B" and how it 'sucks' (or doesn't). But I don't know much else about them. Good luck!

Take it from someone who use to work for this company, if you really want to work in St. George radio, try to get on with Canyon Media or Bonneville first. I worked with MB for more than a couple years and while I've made some friends there, be prepared for the management to screw you over when it comes to being paid for the amount of time you put in. I have never worked for a company that has such a disregard for employee morale and loyalty as that company. An example, they cut everyone's pay by 15 - 20 % a couple years back for about 6 months, restored it for two and then cut it again with no promise of it returning. Now most people would say, "hey that's better than losing your job," however this came along with them hiring another couple of full-time employees (and paying them with money they said they didn't have) and the addition of another frequency. I had to just leave there in disgust and go work for a company that respected me as an individual and my talent and abilities (and yes it is radio still) and pay me closer to what I'm worth. Anyway, good luck if you decide to do it. Just remember to not take a lot of their crap.
