Just saw a preliminary document on FCC Auction 68, for nine CPs left over from the last two or three FM allotment auctions, and found that CSN International, DBA 'Calvary Chapel of Cedar City', and EMF, are going for the vacant 107.9 allotment that didn't go in either of the last two allotments.
These two applied for this allotment, and there are several others that are going in for this one as well.
The CSN application was listed as incomplete, and they may have only until next week to refile with the missing info included.
It's I believe a C1 or C2, to protect 107.9C at Laughlin, NV. They are trying for another 'backdoor' move to get at Laughlin 107.9 moved to Meadview to better cover Las Vegas, but without a backfill for Parowan I don't think that will fly, that proposal was knocked down (Docket 04-25) last year.
