Just found this today in the FCC applications report:
FM TRANSLATOR APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSE TO COVER ACCEPTED FOR FILING -------------------------------------------------------------------
UT BLFT-20070212ACL K228AT 61232 PROFESSIONAL ANTENNA, TOWER AND TRANSLATOR SERVICE (PATTS) License to cover. E 93.5 MHZ GREEN RIVER, UT
Anyone know if this is actually on the air or what station it's translating?
This outfit has CPs for translators on 101.5 and 103.1 in Green River also.

That station has been around since 1983. The current primary is listed as KMOZ-FM 100.7 Grand Junction CO. The translator is just outside the fringe reception area for that station so it makes sense.
PATTS has translators all over the place. They're like a broker for air space.
