Looks like, according to some other sites, KADD/Laughlin made the move, and are now in Logandale, NV.
It looks like they will be able to hit St. George just barely with a good Grade B signal. Their COL is now Logandale NV. They are close enough, but due to the mountains in the way, that is what is torpedoing the signal, I would not be surprised to see, if they are eligible to do this, put in a booster to hit St. George.
They are airing a hot-AC format. The 93.5 frequency was vacated by KSNN to allow for this move. It also allowed another completely new station to start in the same area they just left.

I don't know how accurate the maps on Radio-Locator are, but according to the coverage... ...you should be able to hear it in St. George. I know exactly where this tower is, since I've been in the area. It sits on a small mountain. RL says the HAAT is "637 meters (2091 feet)"

RL does try to take geography into account, but the real world often conflicts with their simulations.
