So what does everyone think of the station and its programming choices?

My sixteen-month old twins love the PBS Kids digital programming that CN3 has on in the mornings (especially teletubbies). They showed Grizzlies hockey games last season, but the production quality was horrible -- unwatchable. Park City Television is of no interest to me or my wife. However, we are endlessly fascinated by the slide show on how to connect a cable modem. We watch it for hours at a time.

You know, I've never seen the Grizzlies shown well on television except for once on Z24, and they were using a single from a Chicago game through Comcast.
In fact, I've never seen many local games shown well except for the Jazz.

At least PCTV (Park City TV) Is doing something local. They do repeat a lot, but their focus is on the resorts and what's happening there. Some of their production is pretty low budget looking, but some of the features are worthy of being on a bigger distribution system. The big thing is that they are doing something local, and Comcast needs local programing to fill their obligation for the franchise.
The Hockey aired by Comcast is just a feed from the Jumbotron in the arena. When they aired the High School Basketball last year they didn't even have announcers. A cheap way to get programing.
The bottom line is that Comcastis doing something....you don't find that on many cable systems other than boring council meetings or something like that.
