So I'm out drinking Friday, and one of the bars we hit has Comcast3 turned on. Problem is, picture is on black, and it's picking up audio from The Simpsons. Odd right? So I go home and check out my system, and it turns out Comcast3 is broadcasting Fox13's signal on about a five second delay.
I wake up this morning, sure enough it's still on black playing the audio from Fox's cartoons. I'd call and tap someone on the shoulder for what I'm know is a very big FCC no-no, but it's the weekend. Anyone know what's up?

If it's on a 5 second delay, I'm putting 200 quatloos on the digital tuner that CN3 uses to pick up KUED's subchannel that runs PBS Kids getting screwed up again. There was some tadoo about the digital streams changing format slightly this week and screwing up tuners. This was allegedly some FCC mandate. That subchannel should only be carried something like 5-11AM. Right now (2:30PM) it's running high school basketball.
