So I'm sitting at home today on my day off, and I'm flipping through channels, and I hit Comcast 3. What do I see? The 20/20 episode from this past Friday. ABC logo and all. 5PM on a Sunday afternoon, on Comcast 3. And black spots where the local spots would be. Like someone recorded it directly off the sat feed and played it for filler.
Who the hell is running this network, and doesn't this rank in the high offenses area for the FCC? I mean this isnt right.

If it was deliberate on Comcast's part and they didn't have permission, that's a definite no-no. I don't think the FCC would be the party that Comcast should worry about. I don't think that it would violate any FCC rules. Copyright rules, definitely. I can't imagine why they'd do it deliberately though. I'm tempted to say this sounds like the Fox13 foulup from a few months ago, but that doesn't make a lot of sense. The PBSKids lineup from KUED's digital signal shouldn't have been on at 5PM. I wonder if there was a power failure somewhere and the clock and tuner got set incorrectly.
