They're not owned by CC yet. That is, if the current owners ever decide to sell to CC.

Best guess, the Sales Manager. I mean, the top three people are gone. So most likely it's fallen to Sales or Promotions. But from what I've been told, unless your in Master Control or Production, you can't even get in the building. Fox got word the locks were changed and guards have been assigned to the place. SO what does that mean for other departments like Sales and Traffic?

I called over there and asked who I should speak to regarding this matter and I was told that one of the owners, Art Krelock was there and was managing the station. I asked if everyone had been locked out and the girl I spoke to said no, just new keys and they put in a security guard to keep things from walking off.

What happens to a station in this situation? Do they have any local programming? What would CC change at this channel if they do acquire it?

Normally if this were a KSL or a KUTV, the station would come out and tell all it's staff exactly what happened (within the legal boundries that is) and move on after getting someone new. But KPNZ has a history of people covering for people and lying to clients. So I'm assuming not only are many of the clients currently in the dark still (mostly due to NO news coverage because jerkoffs tend to cover jerkoffs in their own industry), but most of the staff as well.
Programming will go on as usual. The only programming they have that's locally produced it "3.2" and "Ultimate Combat Experience." Both of which wouldn't be affected by the problems, but would be well advised to seek a new station once the yearly contracts end. Everything else is syndicated or run through UPN, so they have to run it. I mean hell, People's Court is their highest rated show. No syndication, they're screwed.
If CC actually aquired the station, it's pretty safe to say Gentry would be out of a job. CC does not keep management in positions they need their own people in. Then, the station would probably be examined for a year with all their current employees to see who's replaceable or expendable, and remove them. Then put their own management team in where they see fit. But if CC owned them while this happened, they would have fired all non-essential people and handed the duties over to already established people in their company.
...Of course, I'm just talking out **** on this one. All you can do is guess.

Even though there seems to be a lot of bad stuff going on over there, you do have to give them some credit for trying to make a go of it as a real independent station rather than just the terrestrial repeater of a satellite feed, like they were before.
