This is what happens when people in television don't communicate.
Its Friday night as I write this. KTVX was supposed to play the movie "The Four Feathers" from 2002 as their Friday movie. For some reason they decided to cover over "Supernanny" and "Hope & Faith" (wait, maybe that's a good thing).
However, they are playing the 1977 version, with no ABC logo, with no commercial breaks, and after calling the station... NO EXPLINATION WHY. Someone screwed something up, and they refused to admitt it. What the hell Channel 4?

Hmm. Yahoo TV says that the 1977 version was the one that was scheduled. What information do you have that says it was supposed to be the 2002? If it was a local presentation, I wouldn't expect the ABC bug on. Maybe the 4Utah bug, but not ABC. The no commercials part is puzzling, though welcome.

Both Comcast listings & Tv Guide listed the 2002 version, which would have seemed more reasonable. But from what I saw, I would have rather seen the tacky remake of "The Scarlet Pimpernel" than this.

TV Guide provides the listings for Comcast, so those two matching make sense. Not sure what happened there, but it does sound like someone miscommunicated something.
