What did the article mean when it said that Walt Disney planned to exit radio entirely -- does this mean the end of ESPN Radio and Radio Disney? What about owned stations such as the Radio Disney affiliate here in SLC?

I bet they mean out of ownership, not out of programming. What's a programming booth to disney?
I'd bet they'd just sell AM 910 to some other operator, and hope they keep the programming.

The ABC Radio O&O's are being sold to Citadel. That gets Citadel into the top markets in a big way in a hurry. Their biggest market up until now was Salt Lake. ABCis keeping ESPN Radio, Radio Disney and their O&O stations. The irony is that Citadel threw Radio Disney off AM860 a few years back.
