FYI, the LPFM owned by Logan City is on the air with a taped message saying something about being operated by the Logan City Library and the like. I haven't listened to it yet and as the city is only planning on broadcasting road closures, I probably won't. It'll hurt too much to hear something that could have been being used as a TIS. Oh well, I won't rant, but I thought I'd pass on the news. Friend Lee

That's the one on 106.1 right? I don't think they should get too attached to it. The new KOTB will be too close for them to continue.

With all the rule changing both before and after the filing windows I've kind of lost track (and interest - I had such high hopes ) but does that mean they will have to sign off even though they have completed their CP and have received PTA? Friend Lee

PTA? Pain in The Ass? Depending on what Millcreek wants, they could easily be forced off the air, IMO. Since the CP was issued already, I'm amazed Logan got the authorization. Then again, Millcreek doesn't care about Logan. They want the Wasatch Front.

Hmmm....so I guess it comes down to who received their CP first, Millcreek or Logan City??!! Not that I care....I'm trying not to! Friend Lee

A full service station takes priority over any secondary service. I'm 99% sure LPFM qualifies as a secondary service. Translators definitely are.
