I saw this booster on the FCC website, shows it has a license, but it's not even remotely ever been on the air since the CP was issued.
It's KUDD-FM3 as shown on the FCC website. Got a license a couple months back I presume, but have yet to hear it.
Right now they're running it on a booster on 103.9 for the KMDG simulcast.
So when's the 107.9 booster expected to hit the air?

I think they want people to listen to 103.9, since that has a much stronger signal than the KUDD booster. The KUDD booster may never go on the air. They have three years to build it, but KUDD may just ask the FCC to cancel the CP, plus boosters are prone to interference Keeping the booster off the air reduces expenses.

That booster has been off the air since they applied for the Magna booster

The "Provo" booster and the "Magna" booster were actually the same site. The difference was a boost in power and a change in the COL. Looks like the Magna one disappeared since the last time I looked. If you check the coordinates for the "Provo" booster, you'll see it's actually up by or on Farnsworth. How could 58w hit Provo?

It didn't, the signal here was terrible, it was more than a COL though if you look at the pattern for both the Magna was aimed more in the SL valley, as opposed to the Provo one which was more narrow twards Provo
