Watching the 10 O'Clock last thur. Anchor finishes story about regestration and early voting. Then ends the piece advising the early vote "To avoid the long lines Nov. 3rd."
I don't think the lines will too long on the 3rd.
Early & often?
Just remember to V O T E!!!!!!!

Today i saw a commercial encouraging me to vote early because I may not be able to vote on election day "Don't leave it up to chance". What is that supposed to mean? How about I reserve the right to vote on the actual day of the election because who knows what salacious skeletons could be found in the closet of either candidate? So much could happen between now and the actual election day.
Don't get me wrong there is a clear need for early voting. Sometimes you may be traveling and not able to vote, or you have a really really important athletic event (church ball). But please people wait until you get all of the information before you make your decision.
I can just see some big announcement that has a dramatic effect on the election and the tens of people who have voted early "demanding" to change their vote.

I voted early on Friday. There was no waiting. So overall, I am happy with it and likely will do it again four years from now.
I do wish though that there was a way to change your vote based on new information you get later on. There is one vote I would have cast differently now had I known then what I now know.
