This is a big year for religion in the Salt Lake market. First it was Mormon Channel, then KIHU hitting the air, and now this week, KCBU and likely KUTF also have both come back on.
Those two TV stations are now owned by Word of God Fellowship, and are broadcasting Daystar network programming. This will also of necessity duplicate the programming they do on DirecTV and DISH, along with probably Comcast as well.

Are you talking about the channel 45 and 58 translators, or the Logan and Price stations? I haven't seen any activity on the SLC translators....maybe they were on air for testing (I know 58 was originally down due to transmitter problems).

Yes it will involve them too. Don't know what they are doing with K45GX, but I did see for a week an ID card for KCBU before they began running programming that mentioned KUBX-LP 58.
That LPTV is going to move to a new channel when they go digital too.
