Looks like we have a really local LPTV in the Logan area. KUTA-LP 8 has a webpage, among other things they air the local city and county council meetings and some other things, and for those outside the area it looks like you can watch some of this after the fact online. The rest of the details on this station are on the website. www.kutatv.com/page.php?5 And the station logo looks as good as any major market logo as well, quite a surprise for a small station like this.

Yes the logo does look good, but when i saw there van in logan, it looks like a Mexican station because they have "Telamondo - KUTA-TV 8" or something similar to that on the side of there van.

So is KUTA-LP part of Telemundo or it's own separate station?

Didn't see anything related to Telemundo, but the station is also digital now, which means that it has the additional channel capacity that DTV has, so they could have put Telemundo on one of the other channels. Usually you can get three digital channels in the same space used for one analog channel.
Another interesting thing I've found is they have a number of videos up, for the council meetings previously mentioned, plus several weeks of their newscast on the site. Also a few commercials on the far right as well, both for large companies like Best Buy (possible local tie-in?), and smaller local businesses.
