Wow David James has the non-cable viewers at 25-30%.
I guess I won't be following the Jazz as much as I use to. I won't be watching the Jazz sponsors as much as I use to. The cost of cable is not worth the limited number of channels that had stuff to watch.
I'll be watching a lot more Aggies and Real Salt Lake.

Obviously someones in bed with Comcast! I think this has to do more with Mr. Miller, and his running of the Jazz as a business first, I wouldn't be surprised to see everything Jazz related plummet, then the bottom will fall out! I don't trust Miller, I don't believe Miller, or James for that matter, and pointing to Direct TV and the fact they wont pay Comcast sickening amounts of money, for games not even in HD, just goes to show the spider web effect going on here! I also believe the second Miller finds a group to make an offer on the Jazz, they are history!

Oh and I also like his reference to the economy, and these hard economic times, then when talking about people that don't have cable or satellite, he states "welcome to the 21st century" like if you've gotta choice between your daughter getting lunch, or having cable to watch the Jazz games, your daughters going to go hungry!! what a schmuck!

Seriously when watching sports with my butt on my couch has to cost me money it's time I lose interest. I'm not shelling out $80 a month for cable. I have heartburn shelling out 10 bones a month for netflix and $50 for internet. I'll also agree I don't see the Jazz being here long term, the money or notoriety just isn't here to bring in elite athletes. The Jazz are relegated to the trash heap of mediocre. Just good enough to keep the fans interested, but not good enough to accomplish anything more than an occasional first round playoff series loss. With two key exceptions that's just the way it has always been.
