KSL's Tiger Woods Coverage

So does anyone else find KSL's Tiger Woods at the Masters updates to be just a little over the top? Every 15 minutes?

I know they've received emailed complaints about it - on Friday, I heard Grant & Amanda addressing some of the complaints, sort of covering their you-know-whats, but still claiming that the 15 minute cycle was okay and news-worthy. Of course, they burried the reading of the emails early in the 5am hour, so I'm sure thousands of people heard it.

And then on Saturday, that the former US Congresswoman, Whats-Her-Name Green, took phone calls about - again, trying to legitimize their coverage. Her arguement was horrible.

Don't get me wrong, should they address it? Yes. Every 15 minutes? Uh, no.

Thanks KSL! For once again proving the fact that you're just another sell-out radio station, that'll do anything for more ratings.

I could hardly listen that day(s). Maybe this type of coverage is appropriate for a sports-centered station, but it seemed really out of place on KSL.

And Patrick Wiscombe was the wrong choice for this coverage. If you're going to do it at least get someone who knows what they are talking about. Patrick just watched the TV and repeated what the commentators had to say.
