Hello folks. Sense Bob Lonsberry is no longer working at KNRS, Who do you think will replace Glenn Beck from 4:00 to 7:00/ Now he will be carried in his live slot from 7:00 to 9:00 AM. However, if you go to KNRS’s web site, they say that there will be a replacement from 4:00 to 7:00. I have some ideas as to who it will be. I think they might simel cast Jason Lewis from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. As you know he is carried on Freedom 570. But I wouldn’t put it past Clear Channel to simel cast Freedom 570’s signal during that time slot. I could also picture them carrying Lars Larson during that time slot and doing something different from 7:00 to 10:00 PM on 570. If Clear Channel is smart, they will carry a local host during that time slot. Except, he would have a much better voice then Bob Lonsberry and won’t act as silly. One complaint about Bob Lonsberry I have, is that he did act to silly sometimes. I hope Bob Lonsberry gets carried somewhere else in the Salt Lake market soon. I do wonder though, if he has thought of doing a pod cast on Utah Politics. That would be interesting.

You made me laugh. Joe Redburn had the first call-in radio talk show in Salt Lake. He had one hour each Tuesday morning on 630. He was a conservative originally from Laramie, Wyoming as I recall. He gradually morphed into a liberal with a daily 2 or 3 hour show. He was entertaining. I suspect Clear Channel has a number of in-house programs they could put on. I'd like to hear Quinn and Rose on a local station, but they are live in the morning. I don't know who else they have who's live at 4pm till 7.
