May ratings out. Some unexpected things are beginning to surface. The biggest is the headline, KSL AM/FM is dropping a point each month, while KSFI is tops at nearly a 9. But the cume is the huge story here, after cuming in the 600k range it's now down to just over 400k, putting it at 7th behind such stations as KUBL, KJMY, and KZHT. KKAT-FM as K-Love is getting some action this mongh, this means this is the first full-market Christian station to pull numbers in years and they are getting numbers. .7 for AQH, 80k for cume. For the main NCEs, KBYU and KUER continue their seesaw battle, KRCL is still in the hole along with KCPW, but both seem to have a core audience that is staying with them. KACP is not gaining, KNRS isn't either. KNRS is still holding in the 3's. KLO fell right off the radar, and KTKK does not show either save for the line listings that they are both there. www.radio-info.com/site/markets/grid/salt-lake-city
