Some may be interested in this...if so, pass it on! After seven or more years of trying to purchase a terrestrial radio station I finally gave up the ghost. It’s time to try this new “Internet” thing that seems to be all the rage. KCQNUTAH.com is being brought to you by a small band of renegades who are passionate about “our” brand of music. The kind of music once found on its predecessors of Super 107, KCGL, KRP and KJQN. Not only did it once change the musical landscape of Utah, it to this day is being discovered as “new” by the generations after Generation X. We had the people of this state in mind when KCQNUTAH.com was conceived and created. We will fill a niche that has been overlooked for years by playing the New Wave artists and their song catalogues that took root and flourished here. In the future we hope to offer this on a larger scale by way of a traditional radio frequency… Hey, it’s good to have goals. We hope to bring back the days when you hopped on the scoot and tooled on over to Bandaloops for some coffee before jetting to Twelve Oaks for some dancing! Join us as we are “stayin’ alive in ’85!” www.KCQNUTAH.comAttachments:

The station sounds great, I hope you get a terrestrial signal. I loved KJQ back in the day - great station. Good luck - I know sometimes classic alternative isn't the easiest format to sell, but I personally love it.

Good call on providing the alternate URL. I'm not sure if you've got analytics to gauge stream use, but my guess is most of it is coming (or will come) from smartphones using apps like TuneIn Radio.
Not a just fan of the music, really, but I admire your effort. It's your type of passion that terrestrial broadcast needs.

FYI, though... I just tried the URL on my phone and couldn't connect.

Just curious as to what phone you have. I have an Andriod and the stream works for it. And anyone that has an iphone seems to have no problem since it has itunes installed on it and the M3U link works for that. Have you tried the top link with your phone? Thanks for listening or trying.

I'm using an iPhone, but haven't tried streaming via iTunes. I stream all of my content thru an app called TuneIn Radio Pro.
