Christmas flips 2012, so far.
KOSY was first this year. They went on the morning of Novembre 7th I believe.
Friday saw KSFI flip, they did it at 10am, first song was 'Let it Snow', appropriate on account of the weather.
KQMB/KSRR flipped at midnight this morning. Not since the station was KCFM has this one gone as early and as completely, I think KQMB did this a season or two as well on its own.
To come:
Mormon Music Channel (from Mormon Channel, primarily online/smartphones). Will flip either Thanksgiving Day or day after, and run through the end of Christmas day.
KMGR 95.9 will probably wait until Thanksgiving, go thorugh at least Christmas day once they begin.

KBYU-FM will also start adding Christmas music into their schedule as well. At least one or two an hour beginning December 1, and increasing until it's nearly all-Christmas the last few days before Christmas itself. Not to mention all the special programming they have both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Classical 24, on KUER-HD3 usually does Christmas music in a similar way. KUSU and its network (also including Classical 24 at times on the HD2) will also run what they do.

KBEE flipped much earlier this year than it has in recent years, if my memory is correct.

KMGR also flipped the day after Thanksgiving.
KBEE is running some live stuff too. I think they do it in the morning drive. With Dain Craig there, and him having been a longtime veteran of FM-100, this makes sense.
Mormon Music Channel flipped the day after Thanksgiving as anticipated. They are also adding on the talk stream (KSL-FM HD2) occasional Christmas tracks as fillers. There are a few other things planned too, especially Christmas Eve and Christmas Day alongside the normal programming.
