There's no record of this at all on the FCC site, but apparently a translator showed up in Provo today on 93.7.
Was found to be broadcasting KKLV, so regardless of whether this is legit or a pirate, it's another one showing for them.
The closest signal for 93.7 is still in the application stage, one each in Park City and Tooele for the frequency, both are set to be translators. If the 93.7 for Tooele gets live, it will be for a different station and while anything on Farnsworth will hit a wide area, this one I heard today is much clearer than that, and is clearer than KKLV's 95.3 translator they have legitimately.
The only other 93.7 in the region is the licensed but off-air KUTC/Ephraim, and they won't hit Provo with a signal as clean as trhe one I'm hearing in Provo now.

That one disappeared from the airwaves as fast as it showed up. This one even had the 107.5 RDS data on it.
Was live and on the air from just after noon to sometime after 5pm. Has not reappeared on the air since.

That would not explain K-Love being on 93.7 unless that was part of the program test to see what things would be like. No booster seems to be live north of Nephi as far as CPs or licenses go, so it would still have some issues in reaching the Utah County area.
My guess is that they will move 95.9's format there, and that it would also replace that, as 95.9 is set to move to Humphreys, once KLZX moves in Idaho, I'm still running across that one on occasion in SL County.
